Shop makes sure we hustle through tasks

When I was growing up I consistently knew that I did not want to toil a regular nine-to-five task. I’m not meant to be in an office or cubicle all afternoon long. I am not the sort who wants to punch in plus out of a time clock based on some arbitrary rule made 50 years ago. That’s why I decided I was going to go into trade school so I could become a professional plus control my own schedule every afternoon. Well, that was a certainly enjoyable idea back in the afternoon… But in actuality it means that I toil longer plus harder hours than I ever could have imagined. When I signed on to become a professional Heating in addition to Air Conditioning professional through the local trade schools’ heating plus cooling certification program, I had no idea how demanding the task was going to be. I was immediately hired straight out of school plus given the freedom to toil as a heating plus cooling intern with many residential Heating in addition to Air Conditioning experts. The first thing they told me was buckle up for a wild ride. Apparently, the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning shop makes sure that you are earning your keep by paying you based on commission. This means, for every heating plus cooling service task you go to, you gain a certain percentage of the service fees plus parts sales. Unfortunately, it means that you only make as much currency as you can service Heating in addition to Air Conditioning equipment. In order to make a livable wage, I have to consistently run from one Heating in addition to Air Conditioning appointment to the next. If I waste my time chit chatting with buyers or performing extra Heating in addition to Air Conditioning services, I’m losing currency. I don’t toil a 9-5 task, instead I toil 6-6.
