I can’t believe how late in the year it is already.

This year, I am not forgetting about servicing the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C system before anyone arrives at my home. In the past, I’ve been burned by forgetting about the heating as well as cooling equipment, however or, I should say, we have all been frozen due to my Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C negligence. One year, my furnace completely failed as I was preparing the turkey for the giant afternoon. The family room was so warm, I didn’t even notice that the furnace had stopped operating, however for several hours, the rest of the property got colder as well as colder while I happily worked away, and by the time the guests arrived, the rest of the property was 60°, however everyone complained throughout the long, huge feast that I prepared. After that failed holiday, I will never forget to service the heating system again.
