Vacations are few and far between with our family, so when my pal and I do get to go on a family getaway, my pal and I go all out.
The reason my pal and I cannot go on getaway once a year is because of my fiance’s business.
The only nice thing about this is that because my pal and I do not get a getaway once a year when my pal and I do get getaway time, it is usually for at least three weeks. My fiance and I still have two children at home, and they love to come on getaways with us. My pal and I genuinely just returned from our first getaway in three years. My pal and I were away for four and a half weeks. It was the best getaway yet. My pal and I did face some a/c challenges on the way there though. My pal and I took our large, fifteen passenger van in order to fit the four of us as wells as all of our stuff for over a months stay. The a/c in the van did good for the drive on the way there, but the second day of getaway the a/c in the van stopped laboring. My fiance tried charging it, although she found a leak in the line, so it was no use. My pal and I thought about taking the van to a mechanic and having the a/c line replaced, but it would have been more costly than what my pal and I decided to do and that was rent a vehicle. My pal and I rented a automobile for the first three weeks, and my fiance and child worked to replace the a/c line themselves which was hundreds of dollars cheaper than taking it to a mechanic. In the end, my fiance and child fixed the a/c in our van for our final week of getaway, and my pal and I saved a lot of money.
