I recently returned from a vacation in a tropical location with a humid climate; I did a lot of research before heading out on this adventure, but, I didn’t check to see if the lodge I would be staying in had air conditioner or not.
I know that I was going to a warm location in addition to thought that I would be able to rapidly adjust to the climate, but I was wrong.
I have never been hotter than I was when I arrived in this climate. In the region where I live, most people has an cooling system. Every house, every apartment, in addition to supplier is equipped with a familiar cooling system. This is what I am used to in addition to didn’t know much about the struggle I would likely face when sited in a warm, humid climate with no cooling system; Sleeping was nearly impossible, then being that warm with no air flow can really make you feel like you’re suffocating… At home, I sleep with the temperature control on at a legitimately low temperature, in addition to two fans that blow directly on my body, but when the room is too hot, I am not able to fall asleep… Facing this struggle without even a simple fan to cool me down was a trying experience, however once I realized that I wouldn’t be sleeping the entire vacation, I opted for a change. I asked the lodging desk if they had any lodges that had any kind of cooling system, or at the legitimately least, a fan. To my surprise, they gave to bring a fan to my lodge!
