Keeping your cool when things are heating up

My life is going through some flux now and I am working on staying calm while things shift around like they are supposed to. We can be really averse to change as we get used to the familiar in our lives, but change is always happening and the more we fight it the tougher it is for us. I think my biggest issue now is learning the Spanish language so I can talk with the people around me. I was in a big city before this so it wasn’t such an issue, but in a smaller town where the local business owners only speak in Spanish, the issue has become bigger for this heating worker. Now I have the challenge of learning the language so I can survive and connect with the people around me. My space heater broke the other day and it was very tough trying to talk to the HVAC company about getting it fixed when I couldn’t speak in Spanish to the HVAC expert on the phone. I think I will just start immersing myself into the language fully each day and only speak and read in Spanish. I’m sure the cooling corp where I work would be happy if I could talk in their language when the customers come in with HVAC technology questions. I know I will find a solution to this problem and will learn to speak the language in the next few months or so. When things are heating up like this I know cooling down your mind is a good thing to do.
