I get a headache whenever there isn’t a/c in the hot weather that my wonderful friend and I get around here. You would not guess how hot it gets around here while in the summer. Not only that, however the mugginess as well as the humidity is just terrible. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just high temperatures, however the humidity is what makes it genuinely bad. Whenever it is just a dry heat, it’s not genuinely that big of an issue. But whenever it rains a little bit as well as then it gets genuinely hot, that has when you end up with the rainforest effect as well as you just feel like you are dripping wet as soon as you walk outside. I can’t figure out why that is unless it’s the fact that I must get dehydrated or something when the weather is too hot outside. Any time that the temperature is over about 74 degrees, I need to just stay in the home if I don’t want to get a headache. Whenever my son plays baseball outside in the summer, I have to make sure that I am resting close to the parking lot so I can run as well as get in the car between innings as well as blow the air conditioning on myself for a while. I know that sounds crazy, as well as I don’t know multiple other people who are the same way that I am, however I have to cool off whenever I can or I get a bad headache.
