My English teacher has been attempting to persuade me to read literature once I arrive at school.
Perhaps I should take a writing class because he says my work is so good; when I first started at the school a year ago, I felt so strange.
As the new kid, I barely spoke to anyone and tried not to stand out, and our teacher once assigned us to write a short story. I assumed she’d specify the topic, despite the fact that he left it up to each student. The goal was to put our writing skills to the test while also seeing how far we’d come. So, I thought long and hard about the topic, and I considered narrating more about my experience at the new school. After reviewing our work, he asked me to stay after class, and he also asked me to consider a job as an author. Since then, I’ve maintained contact with my English teacher and even visited his home for extra lessons. She is a teacher at our school, and his partner is a heating and air conditioning specialist. One time, my friend and I were talking, and the heating and cooling specialist explained why he chose a career in heating and cooling. He didn’t know which path to take by the time he graduated from high school. His mother was a plumber, and he had friends who worked in heating and air conditioning. My teacher’s partner then told me that he worked part-time for one of them and that’s when he decided he wanted to be a heating and air conditioning technician. I’m thinking about turning that into a short story for my teacher as well.
