I’ll take a short nap there for about an hour, along with some meditation, to help me recover from my current bout of freezing and feel better so I can resume my work
I’ll reward myself this week by writing just one more story before taking a break and treating myself to an hour’s nap to recharge. I can then return and finish the remaining 45 minutes of work before calling it a day because I’ll be refreshed. I won’t play ball later, but instead I’ll go for a long walk and work out with a friend so my body can sleep tonight without feeling so anxious. I’ve been kneeling around the past four afternoons doing nothing much but trying to recover, so I have a lot of pent-up energy. The other day, when the temperature reached 102°F and I had the flu, I was in terrible shape. Fortunately, the local supplier, who works there and is extremely knowledgeable, greatly helped me out by selling me some excellent herbs. I just need to work hard to finish this so I can take a short break and rest my eyes in the sanctuary of my private study space at the back of the apartment. The whole house air purifier muffles any noise that might wake me from my slumber in the comfortably cool room thanks to the shade of a large oak tree out back, so it is completely quiet there. I’ve been wanting to purchase a new washable HEPA filter but haven’t had the energy to do so yet.
