I am not a handy guy at all, however i mean, if I needed to hang a painting on my wall, I can absolutely take care of that, and but if I needed to use a tool like a drill to get something done that is where I would happyly pay someone to handle the task for me… My lack of handy skills isn’t helpful especially since I own rental property, but property maintenance is entirely important for the success of my rentals, so I am happy that I have strange repairmen who are fully licensed plus insured plus can handle various tasks for me.

I pride myself in making sure that all my rental properties are in good condition, so property maintenance is high priority on my list, then aside from making sure that all appliances are in working condition, I also perform annual property inspections to guarantee that there aren’t any underlying problems like mold, termites, or roofing problems with my rentals. By keeping on top of property maintenance, I am able to avoid major problems with my rental apartments.
