An hour ago, I got into a small argument over laundry of all things.
She always seems to be washing a load of laundry when I need to wash my clothes to get rid of germs, so today I asked her if she could give me a day or two when she won’t be doing laundry. She didn’t seem to take kindly to my request. The problem is that there is always a load of her clothes in the washing machine when I want to wash my own. I only load once per week, and no matter how hard I try, I always fail. My main job is in heating and air conditioning, and it keeps me busy most of the time, so it would be nice if I could wash my clothes when I have some free time. This is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but my friend and I need to figure something out so that I can get some wipe clothes. If necessary, I will simply do my laundry while working at the Heating and A/C company, which has a washing machine in the back room. The majority of people will assume I’m crazy, but what else is new? Since I created my own climate control system with my old car’s ineffective a/c, I’ve been referred to as insane. Homemade a/c can be a great thing, but I used to hold the large cardboard sunshade out my window and have it scoop in the air as I was driving, which I’m sure gave a kick to many people driving next to me.
