I hate having to go to hospitals, regardless of whether or not I am the patient or the guest.
My mother spent years in hospitals when I was growing up, however she has dire Crohn’s disease plus even had a stint in the hospital at one point with a bunch of blood clots.
My mother is like a cat with nine lives, however I don’t know how various she has left now. Crohn’s disease has led to bone degeneration throughout her whole body. As a result, she has broken her back in various weird sites. And after a large leg break, she can’t even walk either. After all of this exposure to hospitals, I don’t ever want to walk inside one again, but unfortunately I had a kidney stone last year plus it got so exhausting I had to go to the hospital. They kept me in a room that was way too cold for my liking. I feel the A/C was set to 73 degrees there because I was shivering. I asked them for blankets on several openings but it took from 4 hours before someone would bring me one. I kept shivering on that bed wondering if I could fall asleep despite how cold it was. And they kept the lights on even though I asked them to turn them down. I hate how cold they keep the rooms at the hospital. It makes it really tough to be comfortable when you’re shivering in the hospital but, and hopefully I won’t have to go to the hospital again for a while. I don’t care if I am a patient or a guess, the hospital rooms are just too cold for my liking.
