A buyer had come to inquire about replacing his cooling unit. The buyer said that the current Heating & A/C was still functioning however inefficiently. They connected us to the homeowner so my buddy and I could make arrangements with him directly. I asked the homeowner what he wanted from his current cooling equipment so that I could figure out what he wanted, then from his explanation, I knew the type of cooling technology that would best suit him. I also told him about the smart thermostat that would go well with the climate control system. My buddy and I then set a date for his Heating & A/C installation. He could not wait to finally get help with indoor comfort since the air quality in his home had deteriorated. As the Heating & A/C corporation in charge of the installation, I told him all about quality AC service maintenance & why it was necessary. During the tenure of the last system, he needed to take servicing seriously, which is why the equipment had so numerous concerns & eventually stopped working. The whole process went by seamlessly, & the shopper was impressed with the electric heat pump. As the cooling specialist in charge, I involved him every step of the way; through that, he learned a lot. He also referred our Heating & A/C corporation to his friends.
