With warmer weather approaching, possibilities are you are trying to get your home ready for the Springtime, and also for the Summer that will be here soon. And of course, that process is odd for each of us, for instance during this time of year my mom constantly changes her window treatments, and she usually hangs lighter colors for the Springtime and Summer months while the darker colors are reserved for the colder season. But personally, I don’t change my window treatments based on the season, instead they get changed when they are washed. And that is usually done during the Springtime when I also wash out my gutters, vents, and debris from my yard. There are usually leaves built up from the winter season around my outdoor condenser, so I wash that as well. Another important task that I complete is to change the air filter inside my heat pump. However, with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device going from heating to cooling I constantly want to make sure that the system is operating at optimal levels when it makes the switch. In addition to changing the air filter, I also schedule an appointment with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider. I love to schedule the appointment during the Springtime months because it is usually the slow season, as most Heating, Ventilation, and A/C providers are tied up during the winter season and Summer months. And during the busy season, it’s consistently more difficult to get a supplier’s help without having to wait. Moreover, during the slow season I know I get better service because the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealers are never in a rush to get to their next appointments.
