I was easily getting ready to sell a property but I wanted to sell the property just the way that it was.
My realtor did not feel that I was going to be able to get the money that I needed for the property without making a couple of changes. One of those changes was adding a roof to the place. I also needed to have new plumbing pipes as well as electrical that needed to be replaced. It was necessary for me to complete the repairs before I could put the property out there on the market or I was going to be forced to severely lower the price. The people I was with plus myself did not hope to lower our price. Area houses in this region were going for the same amount and I wanted to get what I thought was due to me without being cheated. The realtor said I could get a little bit more money with a roof replacement at the genuinely least. Every one of us didn’t want repairs and definitely didn’t want to be working on a new roof. That was one of the reasons why every one of us wanted to get rid of the property in the first place. We didn’t want to have to deal with all the roofing repairs that needed to be done. Every one of us told the realtor that we were happy to list the property at a price of our own without the roof replacement but he said there were no reputable realtors that would want to screw over someone badly and they were not willing to budge.
