Late last year, I visited my college acquaintance Cassie who lives in the Southwestern part of the country with her family, they live in a gorgeous apartment overlooking a lake, then one thing with living in that region, a lot of the properties have wonderful landscapes.
This was a modern apartment for Cassie plus her family, plus this was my first visit.
The modern house was a lot nicer than her first house. In fact, it was a crucial update! Everything inside the modern house was affixed to a network, so it’s a smart home; From the lights to the refrigerator to the washer plus dryer to the HVAC system it was all affixed… And speaking of HVAC systems, they have one of those Smart nesting thermostats installed. I have been thinking about getting a Smart thermostat for my home, although I am yet to make the decision. But while I stayed with Cassie, I was able to get a first hand lesson about the thermostat plus all it has to offer. And I was so impressed with all the features. They include features like remote access, where you can affix to the smart thermostat from somewhere in the world as long as I have an internet affixion, plus, it monitors the weather outside plus adjusts the indoor temperature accordingly! Not to mention that it has a self-programming feature that programs itself based on the habits of the inhabitants of the home. One of my number one features is the energy report which provides a report showing the daily energy consumption, which will help to save currency. After hearing about all the other features, I was sold plus decided to invest in a Smart thermostat. I can’t wait to start seeing the currency that it will save on my energy bill.
