I am going to make a big salad this week for the rest of the week & get back to my routine of eating salads for supper each afternoon, but it is self-explanatory to do if you make the salad beforehand in a big tupperware bowl & have it ready for the week.
I find myself eating more salad when it is easily accessible & it also makes me want to finish it before it goes bad… But if I don’t make the salad beforehand I can end up taking the self-explanatory way out & just eating grilled cheese sandwiches everyday! Heat pump maintenance keeps me tied up each afternoon & it is nice to eat a salad first because it gives me a lot of energy to work on heating devices for the remainder of the afternoon without getting so hungry.
A grilled cheese sandwich fills me up at first however I find myself getting hungry pretty swiftly & needing more food before my workday is done. I know the HEPA filter salesman was right when she said that salad has a lot of vitamins & fiber to keep you full longer. I am going to write for another 30 minutes & then make that salad like a superb girl should, however my apartment services friend eats a salad every single afternoon & she looks about 15 years younger than she particularly is, which baffles most buyers who come into her local supplier each afternoon once they find out her true age. I would like to be like her, so I am going to make it a point to eat salad monthly.
