It was an overheated summer day, and our air conditioning component had stopped working.
I decided to call a heating and cooling repairman to come plus take a look at it.
The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman arrived promptly plus began to inspect our air conditioning unit. After a few minutes, he turned to myself and others and said that our HVAC system was beyond maintenance, and needed to be replaced. I was taken aback by his sudden assertion plus asked him to explain further. He then went on to tell myself and others that he had a brand new, state-of-the-art heating and cooling plan that he could install for myself and others at a discounted price. He displayed a brochure with pictures of the plan, and told me how much money I would save on our energy bills. I was skeptical, but the repairman was insistent. He kept trying to sell myself and others the modern system, telling myself and others how much better our life would be with it. He even went as far as to say that our modern component was cursed plus that it was causing bad luck in our life. I began to recognize my discomfort with the HVAC repairman’s uncommon behavior, and asked him to leave. As he left, he handed myself and others a business card plus told myself and others to call him if I changed our mind about the modern system. After the technician left, I could not shake off the eerie feeling that I had just experienced. I decided to call another repairman to take a look at our unit, plus he told myself and others that it was easy maintenance plus that our component did not need to be replaced at all. I never called the strange guy back and made sure to warn our friends and family about him as well.
