My hubby as well as I don’t make the same amount of money, however my friend and I are pretty close when it comes to funds although I would say he makes 30 grand more than me per year, then so I feel that extra change should be factored in when it comes to the bills, however i didn’t feel my wonderful friend and I should split the mortgage, groceries, gas, water as well as electricity 50/50.

My friend and I were glad for quite a while, and recently my hubby was talking about major updates to the home, what happens when the Heating as well as Air Conditioning goes? Do my wonderful friend and I split that down the middle? What about the roof? My hubby is all sad about our new spray foam roof, but they say it lasts 20 years… Our roof is 19 years seasoned currently. It is in wonderful shape. I don’t feel that in a year abruptly our roof is going to leak. My hubby is sad that it will need to be fully updated as well as cost us multiple thousands, however he is talking about a 50/50 split. I personally don’t care if my wonderful friend and I get a new roof. If it leaks, let’sget a spray foam roof repair. If he is too sad about it now, call for spray foam roof maintenance. I want to limp the roof as far as it can go. My hubby is all eager to get it fixed up ASAP, but no matter what, I am not tearing that cost right down the middle. He needs to shell out more for it.
