My husband plus I don’t make the same amount of money, however my buddy and I are pretty close when it comes to funds however I would say he makes 30 grand more than me per year, but so I feel that extra change should be factored in when it comes to the bills, but i didn’t feel we should split the mortgage, groceries, gas, water plus electricity 50/50.

My buddy and I were glad for quite a while, and recently my husband was talking about major updates to the home! What happens when the Heating plus Air Conditioning goes? Do we split that down the middle? What about the roof? My husband is all sad about our modern spray foam roof. They say it lasts 20 years, and our roof is 19 years old currently. It is in great shape. I don’t feel that in a year suddenly our roof is going to leak. My husband is sad that it will need to be fully updated plus cost us numerous thousands, then he is talking about a 50/50 split. I personally don’t care if we get a modern roof. If it leaks, let’sget a spray foam roof repair. If he is too sad about it now, call for spray foam roof service. I want to limp the roof as far as it can go. My husband is all eager to get it fixed up ASAP, no matter what, I am not splitting that cost right down the middle. He needs to shell out more for it.
