UV light filtering is on the agenda

The benefits that I see that UV light filters have over the HEPA filter is that they can kill germs instantly.

After convincing from a buddy of mine, I finally decided that I’m going to go ahead and try to get a UV light filter. I have never used a UV light filter before, however everything that I’ve heard about them has been absolutely positive. What I appreciate about filters is that they kill germs on contact, and even filters like HEPA filters cannot do that. HEPA filters are designed in a completely unusual way, and those filters work by catching the tiniest particles as well as bacteria that are floating around in the air. All those thousands of microfibers are made for catching anything that comes in contact with them. The benefits that I see that UV light filters have over the HEPA filter is that they can kill germs instantly. With filters, there is still a chance that something is tiny enough to get through and be floating around to lower your air quality, but this isn’t possible with the UV light filter. There is one negative to UV light filters, and that is that they are run by a bulb, however not all bulbs have to be changed out, so you have to check on your bulb sometimes to make sure that it has not burned out. I purchased one of the UV light filters from the heating and air conditioner business and got it successfully installed onto our Heating and A/C system. Now it was time to just sit back and see how it works.
