The rest of the home can be hot and save myself and others energy
Since I have gotten pregnant I have truly tried to be healthier. I have consistently worked out, however I am on it now. I labor out an minute every single morning. I stretch beforehand, do a bit of cardio and strength training. I also either go for a swim or a walk in the middle of the morning as well. I have eliminated stress from my job too. I don’t want to get sad or have panic attacks anymore while carrying my child, but good skincare and a healthy diet are important as well. Another thing I realized that I absolutely need is cooling. I have told my fiance this is the last Summer pregnancy I will do. A pregnant guy actually does run hotter. You also don’t want to overheat because it could hurt the baby. So I basically stay inside all morning long. Both of us used to have an inferior A/C system. It barely functioned and hardly kept the home cool, my fiance and I were hesitant to spend the money for a modern system. Well I decided that I needed quality A/C to keep my body feeling good and not to get nauseous. I invested in a zone control capable cooling system. Both of us now have indoor air handlers and temperature controls in all of the rooms. This is great because it saves energy. I run only A/C in the office while I was in the labor morning. The rest of the home can be hot and save myself and others energy. Then I only have A/C on in the dining room at night. I never have the wrong temperature however I don’t needlessly waste my money on the guest room or the laundry room that does not get used.
