I expect to win my legal battle so I assumed that hardening myself to the environment would be the right course of action. But these freezing winters are going to be hard on myself and others every single year, especially when hot plus cold temperatures dip below zero degrees. Back in my home neighborhood I was used to freezing hot plus cold temperatures, however it wasn’t ever colder than 20 degrees for most of the winter. This was tploy even in the coldest Winter freezing snaps. It’s hard to survive comfortably in hot plus cold temperatures appreciate that, however now I don’t have a choice. I want to live in this hunting home because it would be my first time ever owning a piece of property. I already guess what sort of improvements I would appreciate to make with it, starting with a brand current roof plus flooring inside. If I can afford radiant heated flooring I will add that, however I’m not so sure anymore how that would labor out financially. Right now the ancient hunting home has a traditional fireplace inside. It’s warm, however a lot of heat is lost upward in a traditional fireplace. That’s what has myself and others thinking that a wood stove would be a great update. That way a lot of the heat is right away absorbed into the room around the wood stove. It’s even more tploy if you have the wood stove various feet away from its adjoining wall. There’s so much free firewood in the woods on this property that I wouldn’t ever have to pay for firewood either.
