Admittedly, I was not looking forward to moving into this rental home.
I had just lost our previous home, and so now I was forced to transfer somewhere else, and although I didn’t want to transfer into the rental home, it was better than an house which I absolutely could consider our enemy.
I do not like living in apartments, and I have never had a good experience in them. Anyways, I chose this rental condo because it was the cheapest I could find, however, there were a couple of things for me to look forward to, then one, the landlord was incredibly nice, however she entirely baked our hubby and I cookies as a welcome condo gift, which was much loved. All of us entirely talk on the iphone sometimes, and I could absolutely consider her a friend, but the minute thing is quality heating and air conditioner, but you don’t realize how pressing having good quality heating and cooling is until you are without, when I lived in all of those apartments, the heating and A/C was rarely ever good. I spent our summers sizzling and our winters cold. It was a nice reminder of how good I have it now. Anyways, the friendly landlord informed me that the Heating & A/C technology in this rental condo was brand new, she just had a Heating & A/C worker install new heating and A/C unit a year ago. That would explain why the heating and cooling is so good in this home! Even in our previous home, the Heating & A/C was quite old, so this is the first time I have experienced new heating and air conditioner technology.
