Admittedly, I was not looking forward to moving into this rental home, and i had just lost my previous home, and so now I was forced to transport someplace else, however and but I didn’t want to transport into the rental home, it was better than an house which I easily could consider my enemy. I hate living in apartments, and I have never had a great experience in them. Anyways, I chose this rental apartment because it was the cheapest I could find! However, there were a couple of things for me to look forward to… One, the landlord was incredibly nice, but she absolutely baked my spouse and I cookies as a welcome apartment gift, which was much appreciated, the two of us absolutely talk on the phone periodically, and I could easily consider her a friend. The minute thing is quality heating and a/c, and you don’t realize how important having great quality heating and cooling is until you are without! When I lived in all of those apartments, the heating and a/c was rarely ever good. I spent my summers warm and my winters cold. It was a nice reminder of how great I have it now. Anyways, the friendly landlord informed me that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology in this rental apartment was brand new, she just had a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker install current heating and a/c unit a year ago. That would explain why the heating and cooling is so great in this home, and even in my previous home, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was quite old, so this is the first time I have experienced current heating and a/c technology.
