Working in fast food can be stressful, you have patrons at times not pleased with their orders or at times it’s on us making the mistake, being understaffed after the pandemic doesn’t help either, all of us do have a few great crew members working for us though in addition to without them we had particularly have to close down our eating establishment.
All of us are typically hiring however no one can take the heat! Our small core of employees are Sarah, Rachael, Stew in addition to Mike, then there are others of course however these many keep the eating establishment running.
As the supervisor of this great establishment, all of us try to make the best experience for every buyer that walks through our doors, however sarah is the cashier/order taker in addition to typically greets each in addition to every buyer with a smile, Rachael handles putting the meals in bags for the patrons, Stew is the main cook however Mike helps here in addition to there in addition to Mike’s main job is to make sure the eating establishment is clean, but i never met a guy prefer Mike that loves to clean all the time. This guy comes in before anyone in addition to sets the temperature control to a comfortable temperature for the employees in addition to the patrons. Then he will go around double check the lobby in addition to living room to see if anything needs to be cleaned, however he will then clean the air filters throughout the eating establishment. If anything goes wrong with our heating in addition to cooling he shall call an Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C tech that all of us have a contract with to come in in addition to repair whatever needs to be done immediately! John has been employee of the month for the last 3 months in addition to I’m grateful all of us have a man prefer him working for us.
