A new lady by the name of Steve Smith moved into village plus she required some upgrades to their heating plus cooling system; To be honest, I saw the house she obtained plus it’s going to need much more work than this however I recognize if you have to start somewhere, living comfortably with a good Heating and A/C plan is important, however i recognize an Heating and A/C tech’s task never gets boring though, as I walked into the house I saw garbage everywhere! Technically it isn’t garbage however it wasn’t great to look at either.
I suppose Mr! Smith has only lived here for about 3 weeks now although she obviously doesn’t enjoy to unpack things or she likes to collect boxes from every location she sees 1.
The floors were still dirty plus her house odored of cigarette smoke. I saw empty cigarette packs on the ground plus cigarette butts sitting around the house, and doesn’t she suppose she can start a house fire by not correctly disposing of these? As I walked through the house I saw even more boxes filled with thoUSnds of magazines dating back to the 74’s, then why would someone collect ancient magazines? Eventually, I made it to her Heating and A/C system, it was actually in good-looking shape plus actually didn’t need much attention besides a good cleaning. This thing hasn’t been on for quite some time so the dust has built up around her electric gas furnace plus besides that, the air filters need to be upgraded. It didn’t take long for myself and others to clean it up plus upgrade the air filters. I tried explaining to him what she can do in the future however I can tell she didn’t actually care, especially after what I saw in her house.
