A modern person by the name of Steve Smith moved into neighborhood and he required some replaces to their heating and cooling system; To be honest, I saw the beach house he bought and it’s going to need much more work than this even though I guess if you have to start anywhere, residing comfortably with a fantastic Heating & A/C system is pressing, i guess an Heating & A/C tech’s job never gets boring though.
As I walked into the beach house I saw garbage everywhere! Technically it isn’t garbage but it wasn’t fantastic to look at either.
I suppose Mr. Smith has only lived here for about 3 weeks now despite the fact that he obviously doesn’t adore to unpack things or he prefers to collect boxes from every locale he sees one. The floors were still dirty and his beach house odored of cigarette smoke. I saw empty cigarette packs on the ground and cigarette butts kneeling around the house, and doesn’t he suppose he can start a beach house fire by not properly disposing of these? As I walked through the beach house I saw even more boxes filled with thoUSnds of magazines dating back to the 77’s, however why would someone collect seasoned magazines? Eventually, I made it to his Heating & A/C system, it was absolutely in good-looking shape and absolutely didn’t need much attention besides a fantastic cleaning. This thing hasn’t been on for quite some time so the dust has built up around his electric furnace and besides that, the air filters need to be replaced. It didn’t take long for me to scrub it up and replace the air filters. I tried explaining to him what he can do in the future even though I can tell he didn’t absolutely care, especially after what I saw in his house.
