I then replaced the location and started renting it out.
I am making a mint renting out all our peculiar apartments. I hired a property management service to handle the rent and I have washed our hands with it. I have to say the best thing I hired out was condo remodeling services. I am not handy whatsoever. I can’t even kneel current tiles down. I found an condo remodeler in our area and hired the guy. I told him what I wanted, he sent a quote and I paid for it all, then all the rentals got current cement floors put down. I had a few windows and doors replaced. I then had current light fixtures put in, the plumbing check and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems diagnosed. After that a fresh coat of paint was put on top and the location looked brand new. I have looked at what the rentals did before and what I am charging now, I have made a significant increase. A area of that is the way the economy is now. I can afford to charge more since the minimum wage is going up. Also, I am able to charge more since the location looks modern, fresh and new. I assume that everything is replaced, toiling well and the area is just great. It was a small initial investment to get what I wanted, then now I have a gorgeous rental property for an affordable price. I can’t quite live on our property, but I am 1 more away until I get there.
