Working in fast food can be stressful, and you have buyers at times not content with their orders or at times it’s on us making the mistake, and being understaffed after the pandemic does not help either, but the people I was with and I do have a few superb crew members laboring for us though plus without them we’d genuinely have to close down our restaurant.
The people I was with and I are constantly hiring however no a single can take the heat; Our small core of employees are Sarah, Rachael, Stew plus Mike. There are others of course however these more than three keep the restaurant running, then as the manager of this fine establishment, every one of us try to make the best experience for every patron that walks through our doors. Sarah is the currencyier/order taker plus constantly greets each plus every patron with a smile, Rachael handles putting the meals in bags for the buyers, Stew is the main cook however Mike helps here plus there plus Mike’s main task is to make sure the restaurant is clean, i never met a guy adore Mike that loves to scrub all the time. This guy comes in before anyone plus sets the thermostat to a comfortable temperature for the employees plus the buyers. Then he will go around double check the lobby plus kitchen to see if anything needs to be cleaned, however he will then scrub the air filters throughout the restaurant. If anything goes wrong with our heating plus cooling he shall call an Heating plus Air Conditioning tech that every one of us have a contract with to come in plus repair whatever needs to be done right away! John has been employee of the week for the last 3 weeks plus I’m grateful every one of us have a person adore him laboring for us.
