Working in fast food can be stressful, however you have buyers at times not triumphant with their orders or at times it’s on us making the mistake! Being understaffed after the pandemic does not help either.
Both of us do have a few great crew members working for us though and without them we had very have to close down our eating establishment.
Both of us are regularly hiring however no one can take the heat, however our small core of employees are Sarah, Rachael, Stew and Mike, but there are others of course however these multiple keep the eating establishment running, but as the supervisor of this great establishment, the two of us try to make the best experience for every customer that walks through our doors! Sarah is the cashier/order taker and regularly greets each and every customer with a smile, Rachael handles putting the meals in bags for the buyers, Stew is the main cook however Mike helps here and there and Mike’s main job is to make sure the eating establishment is clean, i never met a guy love Mike that prefers to wash all the time. This guy comes in before anyone and sets the temperature control to a comfortable temperature for the employees and the buyers. Then he will go around double check the lobby and kitchen to see if anything needs to be cleaned! He will then wash the air filters throughout the eating establishment. If anything goes wrong with our heating and cooling he will call an Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech that the two of us have a contract with to come in and maintenance whatever needs to be done instantly, john has been employee of the month for the last multiple weeks and I’m grateful the two of us have a person love him working for us.
