An Heating, Ventilation, and A/C hoarder's concerns!

A modern guy by the name of Steve Smith moved into town and he required some replaces to their heating and cooling system, and to be honest, I saw the home he bought and it’s going to need much more work than this although I guess if you have to start anywhere, living comfortably with a great Heating, Ventilation, and A/C idea is important, then i guess an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech’s job never gets boring though, then as I walked into the home I saw garbage everywhere! Technically it isn’t garbage however it wasn’t great to look at either.

I know Mr, then smith has only lived here for about 3 weeks now however he apparently doesn’t enjoy to unpack things or he likes to collect boxes from every location he sees a single.

The floors were still dirty and his home odored of cigarette smoke. I saw empty cigarette packs on the ground and cigarette butts kneeling around the house, however doesn’t he know he can start a home fire by not officially disposing of these? As I walked through the home I saw even more boxes filled with thoUSAnds of magazines dating back to the 80’s; Why would someone collect old magazines? Eventually, I made it to his Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, it was absolutely in good-looking shape and certainly didn’t need much attention besides a great cleaning. This thing hasn’t been on for quite some time so the dust has built up around his electric gas furnace and besides that, the air filters need to be updated. It didn’t take long for myself and others to disinfect it up and update the air filters. I tried explaining to him what he can do in the future although I can tell he didn’t certainly care, especially after what I saw in his house.
