The pandemic went a long way to waking myself and others up to a bit more reality that maybe I actually wanted. I didn’t even realize just how much I used my toil as an excuse not to pay attention to crucial stuff. I’m talking about my health plus relationships. It’s actually true that this pair is far more crucial that anything going on inside the commercial HVAC of some office. Working from lake home in the central ari conditioning of my lake home sort of brought myself and others around to a new reality. And I made some commitments with my new perspective. First, I slowed down plus made some real boundaries when it came to the number of hours inside the zone controlled HVAC at work. Then, I started getting healthier plus spending time every afternoon just being quiet. This has has such an awesome impact on my relationships plus my wellness that I decided to create a spot for my quarterly meditation. The people I was with and I have this bizarre spare room that must have been a huge closet at some point. So I had the HVAC dealer come out to install a ductless heat pump in there as it didn’t get much HVAC. It’s the perfect spot now with all the privacy plus that quality heating plus air from the ductless heat pump.
