Managing the Heating and Air Conditioning company as a fill-in for my boss

My boss started the Heating and Air Conditioning company in his mid-twenties. It has gradually grown into a mid-sized company doing certainly well in helping with indoor comfort in the community. I joined him many years ago, & together, we have improved the dealer’s functions & equipped the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals with excellent skills to supply outstanding lake home services to our customers. My boss was unwell & decided to take a much-needed vacation & rest. He left me to run this at the dealer. Springtime is one of the busiest times for any such dealer. Homeowners believe that this is the best time to update their Heating and Air Conditioning units or carry out Heating and Air Conditioning repair so that the equipment is ready for summer, and every one of us get many patron requests for different products & services. With the company that busy, I would be overwhelmed were it not for the cooperation & initiative of the Heating and Air Conditioning servicemans. They made work seamless for them & me… One of the reasons this firm has become successful is teamwork. While analyzing reports for the first few weeks of Springtime, I established that products such as whole-house air purifiers were in high demand. The reason for this was the increased demand for air quality while we were in the pollen season when there were many allergic reactions. As expected, tune-up jobs were also high, with duct cleaning & air filter changing being the highest. The local companys reported redoing the air duct for many homeowners with air quality systems. Occasionally the Summer heat will injure the sealant used for the vents. All in all, we still managed to meet & surpass our targets. When my boss returned from his leave, work had died down a little, however the company operations were top-notch.
