Air filter for the nursing home

My Grandmother suffers from dementia, and it got to a point all of us needed someone to offer professional care for her… She’s keen on many things, so when all of us visited our favorite facility, mom had a list.

She asked about the genre of furnace they used and how efficient it was because she’s had horror stories about cold homes… The facility manager was honestly receptive to the questions, which showed that all of us appreciate our Grandma.

They have an electric heat pump plus their older gas oil furnace. According to the manager, the electric heating proposal is a recent addition as they try to keep their energy costs low. They also have an HVAC serviceman from the local heating dealer come for routine furnace maintenance and servicing every more than two weeks to ensure that it doesn’t fail separate from notice. The nursing apartment manager also showed us the wireless control equipment in each room that they use to keep the rooms at the temperature comfort level for each patient. That made them avoid a situation where some said it was too cold while others said it was too hot. Their latest addition to the heating equipment is the HEPA filter which has made air purification efficient. They opted to install the disposable ones and leave the process to the heating professional to avoid any errors while I was in the swings, but given the high costs, I was curious about how they managed to invest in the electric heater. Still, he mentioned they had acquired a discount from the heating dealer as section of their corporate service program! Mom was honestly impressed. The last thing all of us saw was the outdoor setup for the heating device, which the HVAC professional enclosed and gated to prevent the residents from accessing it since it could be a safety hazard.
