Restaurant needed better commercial HVAC

I really hated what I saw when I was driving home from work the other day. But honestly, I can’t say I was all that surprised either. There is a little restaurant that has the best food but was super uncomfortable. And I noticed this week that it’s now closed for good. I just hate that for anyone. I don’t have the kind of guts it takes to go out and be a small business owner. I work from the zone controlled HVAC comfort of an office and pick up a paycheck twice a month. So to have the guts to open up a restaurant or any other small business is something I really respect. Still, I was really surprised by that little restaurant. The food there was just exceptional and the people were really nice. The service wasn’t too bad either. But the place was so uncomfortable when it came to heating and cooling that we could only get take out. It still puzzles me that someone would open a restaurant without having decent commercial HVAC. I mean that seems like a pretty elementary and essential part of serving food. The first time we went in there to sit and eat it was summer. My wife and I didn’t get past ordering a cocktail before we were wondering where the air conditioning was. We actually ordered our entrees to go just so we could get some cooling comfort inside the central air conditioning of home. I have to believe that having such poor quality heating and air in that restaurant was part of its demise.
