Josh thought it was expensive when Reina talked about having a ductless Heating and AC installed in the cottage. Reina told him they wouldn’t need to worry about having the AC every year. She needs to be concerned if they forgot to have the heating system cleaned. There would be no added dust because they hadn’t cleaned the air duct in years. The best area about having the ductless Heating and A/C plan was that they could put their furniture anywhere they wanted, and not worry about blocking any air vents. Josh still scoffed at the cost of the ductless Heating and A/C plan and having it installed. He liked that it took up minimal space and was done in a single day, and with truly little dirt or aggravated. When Josh first mentioned the ductless Heating and A/C system, Reina agreed it would be great for their home. They haven’t had a sizable beach house since they downsized about 3 years ago. It wouldn’t take nearly as much to heat and cool this house as it did the old house. The only downside was having half the living space. The ductless Heating and A/C plan was going to supply us back some area because they wouldn’t have the air vents to contend with. But once the heat from the ductless Heating and A/C unit started, we knew we made the right decision. Reina could not remember there ever being such warmth in a house without the drafts cold spots. If she had to do it all over again, the only thing she would change is having ductless Heating and A/C in their old house. They may not have moved.
