I absolutely hated what I saw when I was driving beach lake house from toil the other afternoon.
But truthfully, I can’t say I was all that surprised either. There is a little pizzeria that has the best food but was super uncomfortable. And I observed this week that it’s now closed for good. I just do not like that for anyone. I do not have the kind of guts it takes to go out and be a small business owner. I toil from the zone controlled Heating and A/C comfort of an office and option up a paycheck twice a month! So to have the guts to open up a pizzeria or any other small business is something I absolutely respect. Still, I was absolutely surprised by that little pizzeria. The food there was just exceptional and the people were absolutely nice. The maintenance wasn’t too terrible either. But the arena was so uncomfortable when it came to heating and cooling that every one of us could only get take out. It still puzzles me that someone would open a pizzeria without having fantastic commercial Heating and A/C. I mean that seems care about a pretty elementary and essential section of serving food. The first time every one of us made the choice to go in there to rest and eat it was summer. My wifey and I didn’t get past ordering a cocktail before every one of us were wondering where the air conditioner was. We actually ordered our entrees to go just so every one of us could get some cooling comfort inside the central air conditioner of home. I have to guess that having such terrible quality heating and air in that pizzeria was section of its demise.
