The air duct didn’t line up perfect

I bought a lake home that had giant, vaulted ceilings, and it had wooden beams and in between them a pretzels ceiling. I hated that look. I ended up getting a super tall ladder, pole and scrapper. I scraped all the pretzels, mudded and sanded. I then painted it colorless in between the wood beams. I look so much better. You truly get to suppose a home when you are way up in the air. I found some water injure in the skylight and that the beams needed another coat of varnish. I also observed that the vent opening to the room wasn’t right, and whoever break for the vet didn’t do it straight, only half of the air duct was exposed in the opening. That meant that only a portion of the A/C was getting out of that room! Combine that method with such tall ceilings, it made sense why that room was so hot. I figured I could just break the hole larger, however I decided to call for air duct services. The guy was truly nice and friendly, but he was appalled at how he set up the air duct. He opened up the hole for the vent opening to make sure everything was straight. He also took a peek inside the ducts to see if air duct sealing or cleaning was needed. He did a quick wash and the venue was nice as new, however my vaulted ceiling room was finally super cold with the full amount of A/C coming in. I savor knowing that the air duct is all wash and airtight as well. I am truly cheerful that I call for air duct services rather than do it on our own.
