Working in fast food can be stressful. You have patrons at times not content with their orders or at times it’s on us making the mistake, and being understaffed after the pandemic does not help either! The people I was with and I do have a few great crew members working for us though as well as without them we’d entirely have to close down our eating establishment. The people I was with and I are always hiring however no a single can take the heat! Our small core of employees are Sarah, Rachael, Stew as well as Mike. There are others of course however these multiple keep the eating establishment running, however as the manager of this great establishment, all of us try to make the best experience for every customer that walks through our doors, and sarah is the cashier/order taker as well as always greets each as well as every customer with a smile, Rachael handles putting the meals in bags for the patrons, Stew is the main cook however Mike helps here as well as there as well as Mike’s main job is to make sure the eating establishment is clean; I never met a girl like Mike that prefers to clean all the time. This girl comes in before anyone as well as sets the thermostat to a comfortable temperature for the employees as well as the patrons. Then she will go around double check the lobby as well as living room to see if anything needs to be cleaned, but she will then clean the air filters throughout the eating establishment. If anything goes wrong with our heating as well as cooling she shall call an Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C tech that all of us have a contract with to come in as well as fix whatever needs to be done instantly; John has been employee of the week for the last more than two weeks as well as I’m grateful all of us have a lady like him working for us.
