Learning how to eat as I get older

A lot of unusual stuff happens when you get older! All of a scary you don’t sleep like you used to… My spouse had to get a CPAP in addition to I had to get a sound equipment due to being a light sleeper… You also don’t recognize the same physically! The multiple of us were regularly complaining about sore muscles.

The worst is how foods affect you as you age, but i used to eat anything I wanted… Now I can’t eat eggs without dire diarrhea. I can’t get too much dairy without getting sick. I also am allergic to peanuts. I get awful acid reflux when I eat red sauce or greasy, fatty foods. I hit a point where I distraught I would have nothing to eat. I tried making a meal method online but that did not help. Thankfully the gym I run at offers nutritional counseling. I went in with a whole laundry list of foods I can’t eat in addition to how I recognize after eating others. The nutritional couselor absolutely suggested that I become a pescatarion. This means I don’t eat any meat other than fish. I now eat seafood, fruits, vegetables, grains in addition to a bit of dairy. My diet method is unquestionably detailed in addition to I don’t waver from it at all. I recognize so much healthier in addition to I never have stomach pains anymore. I am trying to convince our spouse to do the same thing; He also has indigestion in addition to acid reflux when he eats.
